Practical First Aid Training for Real-Life Situations

Our First Aid Training is designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills for responding to emergencies calmly and effectively. Delivered in a supportive, easy-to-understand way, our training focuses on real-life scenarios commonly encountered in care, community, and family settings.

Whether you’re a care professional, family carer, or organisation, our sessions help ensure you feel prepared when it matters most.

No prior experience is required.

Certification & Refreshers

​

Participants receive a certificate of attendance upon completion, valid for three years. Refresher training is recommended before expiry to maintain confidence and up-to-date knowledge.

What the Training Covers

  • Recognising medical emergencies

  • CPR and basic life support

  • Choking response

  • AED Training

  • Bleeding and wound care

  • Falls and injury response

  • Emergency awareness and decision-making

  • When and how to seek further medical help

Training is practical, interactive, and delivered at a comfortable pace.
