Our Community Support Workers provide practical assistance, companionship and person-centred support that enables people to maintain their independence while enjoying the things that matter most to them.
Whether it's accompanying someone on a shopping trip, helping with household tasks, supporting them to attend appointments or simply providing meaningful companionship, every day offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life.
What we're looking for
We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate people who:

Have a positive and friendly attitude.

Enjoy helping others.

Can work independently as well as part of a supportive team.

Have excellent communication skills.

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred, depending on the role).

Share our values of dignity, respect and person-centred support.
Previous experience is welcome but isn't essential for every role. We value the right attitude and commitment just as much as experience.
